By accessing or using ST6 Select (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Manager accounts are invite-only and issued by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Candidates access the Service via single-use tokenized links provided by their hiring manager.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) attempt to access another candidate's or manager's data; (c) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including financial-services and employment laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
Managers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before inviting them to the Service and for handling collected data in accordance with applicable laws. ST6 Select acts as a data processor on behalf of the manager.
Use of the Service may require payment of fees as published on the Service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ST6 Select and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST6 Select's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
