ST6 Select ("we", "us") collects information you provide directly when you use the platform, including: full name, email, phone number, employment history, education, references, banking details, government-issued identification, and any documents you upload. Managers also provide professional details such as branch and unit codes.
We use the information solely to facilitate candidate onboarding, credentialing, and review by your hiring manager. We do not sell your personal information. AI-assisted review is performed on submitted forms to flag completeness and consistency issues.
Data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Documents are stored in private buckets accessible only to authorized staff. We use row-level security to ensure managers can only access candidates they have invited.
Your information is shared only with the hiring manager who invited you and platform administrators. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting providers under data processing agreements).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting your hiring manager or emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Candidate records are retained for the duration required by applicable employment and financial-services regulations. Records may be deleted upon written request unless retention is legally required.
